"We drop wood in tight places!"
EQUIPMENT
What makes our team provide great service is the equipment we employ to get the job done. Of course, we have chainsaws and climbing gear, but we also have some more specific equipment that helps us do some pretty tricky things that improve safety measures and allows us to get into some terrain that otherwise, we couldn't get into to perform the job at all.
Lift
The OMME Lift 3710 is a dynamic machine. With its reach of 121ft, it can get to great heights to safely take down limbs and large chunks. Along with its tracks, it can traverse soft, muddy, hilly terrain, but be delicate on pavement, lawn, and stone. At just 3ft 9in wide, it can get into some tight areas.
Grapple Truck
The grapple truck is our beast machine. It can carry large loads of brush, stumps, and logs. What makes this model different is that it has its articulating arm at the back of the bed as opposed to the front behind the cab. This allows for a longer reach and to get to some areas without damaging terrain.
Bobcat Mini-Excavator
The Bobcat mini-excavator is a versatile tool. It can carry logs, brush, dig stumps, do some basic grading, and knock down small trees. It can traverse a variety of terrain and it's compact, so it can get into some tight areas as well. No tree service outfit is complete without one of these guys.
Kubota Skid Steer
The Kubota Skid Steer is highly versatile in both warm and cold weather. With the multi-purpose bucket, it can transport large rocks, soil, and debris. It can also convert into a forklift to transport pallets and other things alike. In the winter months, it's great for snowplowing as well as moving snow to other areas.
Harley Rake
The Harley Rake is a specialized attachment for the Kubota Skid Steer. It is primarily used for soil preparation and grading. It can break up soil, remove debris, and create a smooth surface. This can be useful in preparing for a building, garden, or backyard oasis. To get an idea of what this looks like, see the Projects Page for a before and after.
Stump Grinder & Barge
The stump grinder does just as the name implies. It grinds stumps. Large or small, this little beast can make quick work of a stubborn stump in no time.

We also use a barge for waterfront tree removal. This may be due to the inability to reach certain trees with standard equipment (see the Projects Page).
